1. Who we are

2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Copyright & Takedown Policy, which are incorporated by reference. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company, and “you” refers to the company.
4. The Service
Zliding helps you create social media content: it analyzes your brand (including a website you submit), generates slideshows and related content with the help of artificial intelligence, and can publish content to third-party platforms such as TikTok when you connect an account and request publication. 5. Accounts
Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Notify us promptly through if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
6. Your content is stored on public URLs
Media you upload and media generated for you (including logos, images and rendered slides) are stored on publicly accessible URLs by default. Anyone with the link can view them, and they may be cached by content delivery networks. By creating an account you accept this way of operating. Do not upload confidential material or content you would not want to be publicly reachable. Public accessibility is also required for publishing to platforms such as TikTok, which fetch your media from those URLs.
7. Your content and the license you grant us
You retain ownership of the content you upload and the inputs you provide. You grant Zliding a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display and transmit that content solely to operate, provide and improve the Service — including generating content for you, rendering slides, serving media from public URLs and publishing to platforms you connect. You represent that you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.
8. AI-generated content
Output generated with AI may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using or publishing it, and for how you use it. To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, we assign to you any rights we may hold in output generated for you. When we send your content to third-party AI providers, they may retain or use it to train or improve their models, depending on the provider and its data practices. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information to the Service.
9. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Regulated or high-stakes uses (for example medical, legal, financial, employment, credit or insurance decision-making) are not permitted.
10. Third-party platforms
If you connect a TikTok account or another third-party platform, your use of that platform remains governed by its own terms and policies. We publish content to a platform only when you request it. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, including changes to their APIs, policies or availability.
11. Fees and billing
Paid plans are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Polar, which handles payment, applicable taxes and invoicing. Every account, including a free one, is registered with Polar so that the plan can be managed and upgraded in place. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Prices may change; we will give you reasonable advance notice, and changes apply from the next billing period. Where required by law (including for consumers in Spain), you may terminate before a price change takes effect.
12. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Details, including the 14-day withdrawal right for EU/UK consumers and its limits when you request immediate access to the Service, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Zliding or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it. If you send us feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.

We respond to notices of alleged infringement under our Copyright & Takedown Policy. Send notices through .
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including the Acceptable Use Policy), if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service; where reasonable, we will give you prior notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licenses needed to wind down, disclaimers, liability limits and governing law) survive.
16. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that generated content will achieve any particular result. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
17. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zliding will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €50 if you have paid nothing). These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to consumers’ statutory rights.
18. Indemnification (business users)
If you use the Service in the course of a business, you will defend and indemnify Zliding against third-party claims arising from your content or your breach of these Terms. This section does not apply to consumers.
19. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example by email or in-product notice). If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims before the courts of your place of domicile, and you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. For business users, the courts of Barcelona (Spain) have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers may use any competent consumer dispute-resolution body where applicable under Spanish or EU law.
21. Language
These Terms are published in English and Spanish. The English version prevails in case of discrepancy, except where the law of your country of residence requires the local-language version to apply.
22. Miscellaneous
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction. These Terms, together with the policies they incorporate, are the entire agreement between you and Zliding regarding the Service.
