Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may not do with Zliding. It is part of our Terms of Service. If you breach it, we may remove content, suspend or terminate your account.
1. Illegal or harmful content
You may not upload, generate or publish content that:
- is illegal under applicable law;
- sexualizes or endangers minors in any way (zero tolerance — we report to authorities where required);
- is non-consensual intimate imagery, or depicts real people in intimate or degrading contexts without consent;
- harasses, threatens, defames or incites hatred or violence against any person or group;
- promotes self-harm, terrorism or violent extremism.
2. Deception and impersonation
- No deepfakes or content that impersonates a real person or organization without clear authorization.
- No content designed to deceive, defraud or mislead (including scams and fake endorsements or reviews).
- Do not present AI-generated claims as verified facts where that could mislead your audience.
3. Intellectual property and third-party rights
- Only upload content you own or have the rights to use. You warrant this when you upload.
- Do not use the Service to copy or closely imitate someone else’s content, branding or protected expression.
- Do not upload other people’s personal data or images without a lawful basis.
4. Regulated and high-stakes uses
The Service must not be used for medical, legal, financial, employment, credit, insurance, housing, education or essential-services decision-making, or to provide regulated advice. Content promoting regulated products must comply with the rules that apply to you (and remains your responsibility).
5. Platform and technical abuse
- Follow the rules of platforms you publish to (e.g. TikTok), including their spam and automation policies.
- No attempts to probe, disrupt or overload the Service, bypass usage limits or access other users’ data.
- No scraping of the Service, reselling access, or using it to build a competing dataset.
- No uploading of malware or malicious links.
6. Reporting and enforcement
Report violations or illegal content through (see also the Copyright & Takedown Policy). We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and terminate repeat infringers. Where reasonable, we will tell you what was removed and why, and you may reply to contest the decision.
