Zliding hosts content uploaded and generated by its users. If you believe content available through the Service infringes your rights or is illegal, you can report it here — you do not need an account.
1. How to submit a notice
Send your notice through and include:
- the exact URL(s) of the content you are reporting;
- identification of the protected work or the reason the content is illegal (with the legal basis where you know it);
- your name and contact email;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the reported use is unauthorized or unlawful, and that your notice is accurate;
- if you act on behalf of a rights holder, a statement that you are authorized to do so;
- your physical or electronic signature.
Notices with these elements satisfy both DMCA-style requirements and the EU Digital Services Act notice requirements.
2. What happens next
- We acknowledge receipt within 7 days.
- We review the notice diligently and without undue delay, and remove or disable access to the content if the notice is founded, including removing files from our storage and caches where feasible.
- We inform the user who provided the content, stating the reasons, unless the law prevents it.
- We inform you of our decision and, where content was published to third-party platforms by the user, we recommend also notifying that platform (we cannot remove content from platforms we do not control).
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, reply to our notification (or write to us through ) explaining why, with your contact details. We will review and may restore the content if the counter-notice is founded and the law allows it.
4. Repeat infringers and abusive notices
We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. We may also disregard notices from senders who repeatedly submit manifestly unfounded notices, after warning them. Knowingly submitting false claims may expose you to liability.
