Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work. It is part of our Terms of Service. Paid plans are sold through Polar, our reseller and merchant of record, which processes payments, applicable taxes and invoices.
1. Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as chosen) until you cancel. Your plan and renewal date are shown in your billing settings.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and you can resume the subscription from the same place before it ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused part of a period.
3. EU/UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. Because the Service is digital content provided immediately, by starting to use it during that period you request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, and is reduced in proportion to what has already been supplied. Where the law still entitles you to a refund, we will provide it.
4. Refunds
Outside the cases above, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We will, of course, issue refunds where required by law, and we may grant discretionary refunds (for example for a clear service fault or accidental duplicate charge). To request one, use with your account email and the charge details.
5. Price changes
If we change prices, we give reasonable advance notice, and changes apply from your next billing period. You can cancel before a change takes effect if you do not accept it.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we (via Polar) may retry and may pause access until payment succeeds. Prolonged non-payment may lead to cancellation.
